Our equipment is regularly inspected to ensure all systems are in safe working order and compliant with federal and state regulations. Preventative, ongoing maintenance is a priority and a keyto our success.Driver Training: Super Sonic hires only individuals who possess current valid Commercial Drivers Licenses (CDL).
Super Sonic believes in the humane treatment of your livestock for the duration of the trip, including the loading and unloading process. Humane treatment results in less stress and shrinkage and healthier livestock upon delivery.
Pain-Free Handling: We make every effort never to inflict pain or harm to the animals by not using hot-shots, prods or any other such devices. Instead, our tactics to move your livestock include vocal prompting, hand motions, flags, clapping, and physical guidance.
Extreme Climate: Our trailers can be equipped to maintain a comfortable climate during extreme weather. Misting systems for summer heat and winter insulation kits are available. Bedding is provided at all times.
Loading Options: We have a maximum-length 58-foot trailer available to give our clients the option to load more animals or space them out for greater comfort. Trailers can be configured with one or two decks for cattle.
Super Sonic provides live video and GPS monitoring, which is a service unique to our industry.
Live-Stream Video: Clients can easily access live-stream video from inside the trailer which enables you to monitor your livestock during transit. This also allows you to ensure accuracy of headcount during loading and unloading.
GPS Monitoring: Trucks and trailers are equipped with GPS systems. This enables clients to track the location of your livestock for the duration of the trip.
Super Sonic strives to ensure your livestock are as healthy as possible upon arrival at their destination.
Trips over 600 miles: Hay and water are provided to your animals.
Trips over 780 miles: Longer trips include hay and water, along with periods of rest at 10-hour intervals.
